Training courses

The Falcon Windsor team is developing a series of workshops based on Trust me, I’m listed to help reporting practitioners produce better corporate reports – with much less hassle, while saving money!

Workshop 1: Respect your reader: Skills for writing a successful annual report

“An absolutely fantastic workshop which included loads of useful techniques that can immediately be put into action. A truly inspiring course that has made me excited for the start of the annual report season!” Non-financial reporting manager, FTSE 100

This workshop consists of two consecutive half-day sessions:

Session 1: Setting yourself up to write a good report
Session 2: Powerhouse writing techniques for reporters

Running over Zoom and with a maximum of eight delegates, this interactive workshop is designed for anyone responsible for writing or reviewing company strategic, governance or sustainability reports.

Robotic, dull, full of jargon, incomprehensible, contradictory…. If these are the words you would use to describe your annual report then Respect your reader will help you tell a better corporate story, produce a more accessible and engaging report and turn 100+ pages of information into genuine communication.

Alongside key writing techniques, the sessions cover everything from how to write a good communications brief to how to deal with writing and editing by committee. Drawing on the experience of highly accomplished reporting practitioners, this workshop will give you practical solutions to common reporting problems.
